PRODUCTION CAPACITY
P.B.M. has 11.000 sq. Meters has factory space with 5.800 sq. Meters that are a covered production plant.
In the plant P.B.M. has at is availability ten bridge crane with a maximum capacity of 40.000 Kg.
Press brakes, shears, CNC machine for oxyfuel and plasma cutting, mechanical miter saws, calender, welding bridge, positioners, submerged arc, welding machines and various other vertical self-propelled platforms are the main machines that helps our workers to realize our handmade products
QUALITY ASSURANCE
We have the ability to execute CND, VT, MT and PT controls with our second-level workers certified with the EN ISO 9712
We have in our company a welding manager IWS qualified
We can deal with design and developing requests with our technical office that is able to work with the costumer to carry out a production feasibility study.
Our welding specialized workers are certified with the ASME IX requirements, with ours skills and certifications we can weld carbon fiber as well as stainless steel.
